Shipping Policy

$6.95 Flat Rate Shipping in the US. Domestic orders require 1 to 5 business days for delivery. DivaBitch Couture ships domestic orders using USPS. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

$15 Flat Rate International Shipping.  International orders require 7-9 business days for delivery. DBC ships international orders via USPS priority International. DBC is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment, and does not refund shipping charges for returned orders. 

All orders require 1 to 2 day processing time. For overnight or express shipping, please contact us.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchased item.

DBC accepts returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the item we will redesign a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

  1. Items with obvious signs of use,
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.​ DBC reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in DBC’s sole discretion.

To return your item, contact us prior to shipping the item. DivaBitch Couture does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the customer’s responsibility. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. DBC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package.  Upon inquiry, DBC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

For updates regarding your return, please contact us and include the return tracking number. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

Merchandise returned to DivaBitch Couture will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. For Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover we will reimburse the card used.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for DivaBitch Couture. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify you of the following:

DivaBitch Couture is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.
