Fitted at the top and flowy at the bottom, this sultry dress was constructed from a DBC Tee design featuring cascading shades of magenta, royal blue, and gold. This one of a kind piece is highlighted by a sheer lace midsection offering ever-so-subtle glimpses of the naval.
